At FaretoBaby, we want you and your little one to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and products are in unused, unwashed condition.

  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided by our system, attach it securely to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
